I yam what I yam

Sweet potatoes are so nutrient dense that they should not just be saved for Thanksgiving dinner. This root vegetable is considered as an excellent source of vitamin A, a very good source of vitamin C and manganese, and a good source of copper, dietary fiber, vitamin B6, potassium and iron. Although, sweet potatoes are commonly called yams, sweet potatoes and yams are completely different. Whatever you prefer to call them, our sweet potatoes are a perfect first food to incorporate for a lifetime.
